We are looking for an IT Demand and Portfolio manager that will be responsible for gathering, evaluating and executing on IT demands raised by the Business. Also, part of the responsibility is to govern the IT Portfolio which includes e.g. the Local IT applications in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
In this role the successful candidate will be part of Sweden IT (ICT Delivery Management) who has the overall responsibility for the Enterprise IT environment at the sites in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will have close collaboration with the Local IT Managers to identify and handle Business IT demands and govern the IT Portfolio. You will work closely together with the Sweden IT Leadership Team and provide facts to support decision making in order to achieve the optimum use of resources.
Within Ericsson, we handle various types of valuable information that enables our Business. Loss or misuse of any of this valuable information can affect the organization in terms of time, reputation and money. We store and access this information in various IT systems/applications owned and handled by Ericsson or vendors, which needs to be Information Security compliant.
One of your primary tasks will be to perform an inventory of Local applications with the goal to identify the correct Business owners within the Stakeholder community and aim for Operational Readiness Review (ORR) for each application (including e.g. Criticality IT assessment and Information security risk assessment).

The successful candidate will be an important part of our Digital Transformation journey, supporting Ericsson to become even more Information Security compliant and Group IT to become a trusted Digital Partner.

Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for managing IT demands in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Govern the IT Portfolio including the IT services, projects/initiatives and local IT applications.
Coordinate with ICT Delivery Management peers globally, IT Security and Business Stakeholders to ensure an up-to-date and secure Local IT application landscape.
Feed our PPM tool with accurate information for all Local applications and secure ORR implementation.
Report to Sweden IT Leadership Team the current status of the IT delivery, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities.


Key Qualifications:
We seek someone with an earlier experience in IT operations and IT demand management. The candidate should have great analytical, presentation and communication skills. We wish to hear from someone with strong change/project management skills and shown ability and leadership to act in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Self-motivated, takes initiative, flexible, reliable
Fluent in Swedish and English
