IT Design Application & Infrastructure Support

Assignment Description:

Support the daily operations by securing a fully functioning and proficient IT infrastructure, including practical installation and hands-on activities.

Coordinate and maintain program and application portfolio and future needs, as single-point-of-contact in a dialogue.

Coordinate IT issues and drive solution/implementation with the solution providers, applicable to HW/SW/Services for both PC and iOS.

Act as requirement setter/stakeholder towards IT as the single-point of contact for design internal technical and IT needs

The purpose: To secure internal IT efficiency and improve the stability of daily operations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Proficient expertise in IT applications and infrastructure
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of design unique applications
Fully proficient in English both written and verbally
