The Verisure Information Security team is currently seeking a talented, innovative and passionate IT Dev Integration role to work within our Nordic Regional Security Team- supporting our growing operations on a group-wide basis.

Reporting to the Regional InfoSec Manager, this position will be a key member of the Information Security team with a critical responsibility to develop our Product Security Offering.

Key Responsibilities

Working within a Global organisation you will be expected to successfully support your team, and stakeholders, with the means to ensure that Information security is properly implemented and managed throughout the region.

Your actions will be vital in enabling secure business by providing the right advice, at the right time across a broad area of Information Security - enabling high-quality decisions to be made.

Main Responsibilities:

* Working with the Group Product Security Function, the Regional IT Dev Integration role is responsible for providing security support and assurance across the regional Product Development teams.

* Encouraging cultural and behavioural change, across the region helping regional InfoSec targets in this area to be achieved - outlined under Verisure’s strategy pillar of ‘Securing our Products’.

* The Regional IT Dev Integration role will work closely with the Regional InfoSec Lead and the Group Product Security function to underpin good security behaviours and ways of working across the company.

* The Regional IT Dev Integration will implement, support and assure the Regional IT Dev strategies, plans and content for Information Security – as directed by the Regional InfoSec Lead.

* Develop a strong rapport with their Regional IT Dev, Regional Communications, Regional Legal (Privacy), to enable secure behaviours within IT Dev and communicate issues, requirements and regional variance to Group Product Security – enabling clear communication at all levels.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong technical security professional with a passion for problem solving, alongside a demonstrable technical track record in the consumer product and services sector.

Alongside this, you will need to have significant personal drive and an analytical mindset; with the ability to proactively anticipate risks and creatively resolve bottlenecks.

You can expect to travel up to 20% of the time within Europe in order to connect with our wider European teams, supporting our ethos of strong stakeholder collaboration and ensuring that Security continues to be embedded into our business, ultimately protecting our customer’s homes and families.

Required Experience:

* Experience working within a Global multi-cultural organization; under a ‘matrix management’ structure
* Knowledge of Product Security and Cyber Security
* Integrity and a track-record of handling confidential information
* Highly collaborative and with experience of bringing people together to deliver joined-up and coordinated results
* Experienced in the practical implementation of clearly defined security requirements – whilst developing Regional level assurance processes
* Experience of project management to implement, drive and control project delivery
* First-rate presentation and facilitation skills
* Strong communicator with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders
* Ability to change direction in a fast-moving environment
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
* Fluency, both written and verbal, in English
* Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired Experience:

* Experience with Jira, Confluence and AHA Project Management Tools
* Additional language proficiency (Spanish, Swedish)
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to critically assess process;
* Knowledge & understanding of current and emerging information security trends, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations;
* Experience of working under a transformational change programme
* CISSP, CISM or another information security credential
