Would you like to be a part of Quality Assurance community and enable non-functional testing in development initiatives? 

We are now looking for a non-functional tester with at least one programming language skill and know proven hands-on track record for planning, scripting/automating, executing and reporting performance and/or reliability testing.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the international team of Quality Assurance. We add value by increasing production stability and cost efficiency while creating and deploying new solutions to our customers. As non-functional tester, you’ll play a valuable role in increasing quality of delivered solutions, focusing on the different quality attributes.

What you’ll be doing:
* Reviewing and analysing non-functional requirements, identifing test approaches and plan required non-functional test activities.
* Defining test scenarios, creating and executing test scripts, as well as monitor, debuging and document test results. Taking SLAs and hardware configuration into account.
* Driving and solving non-functional testing related challenges across global teams, with focus on performance and reliability testing.
* Innovating new methods to find performance bottlenecks and helping in process improvements.

* Have experience in non-functional testing and analysis (performance and/or reliability testing), as well as troubleshooting and optimization of enterprise solutions.

Your experience and background:
* Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
* 4-6 years of experience in the non-functional testing discipline (performance and/or reliability testing).
* At least 1-2 years of development experience (any programming language) is an added advantage.
* Excellent knowledge in JMeter, Load Runner (Performance Center), Gatling, Splunk/Elastic Search, AppDynamics (or any profiling tools).
* Experience in GIT, Shell script, Server stats monitoring, log processing, test data automation, CI/CD / DevOps toolchains.
* Fluent in English, spoken and written.
