IT Development Consultant (Backend/Frontend/Full Stack)

The Role: We are seeking dynamic IT Development Consultants who excel in backend, frontend, or full stack development. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, while also contributing to the growth and success of H Sustain’s new consultancy model. Additional experience in DevOps, project management, or Scrum will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable applications and systems.
Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
Support the continuous improvement of development practices within the organization.

Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in IT development (backend, frontend, or full stack).
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus skills:
DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in project management and/or Scrum methodologies.
