About the Role
As IT Director at W5 Solutions, you will ensure that the company’s IT systems and digital tools support our business growth and operational efficiency. You will drive digitalization efforts and guarantee the highest levels of security and functionality in our IT solutions. Reporting to our Chief of Staff, this role is pivotal in supporting both operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Development: Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
Security: Ensure robust IT security, manage risks, and adhere to relevant regulations.
Digitalization: Drive innovation and improve the company’s processes.
System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and updates of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Budget Management: Plan and manage the IT budget.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Has at least 5 years of experience leading IT teams and projects, preferably in technical or security-critical industries.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and cybersecurity.
Is a strong communicator with the ability to foster collaboration between IT and other departments.
Is results-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
