The role & responsibilities

We are strengthening our organization and recruiting an IT Director to join our dynamic and growing company!

As our IT Director, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure/mobile connectivity and business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in setting and improving our internal IT processes, managing the budget for IT resources, and handling capacity planning for our department.

You will be responsible for managing our consultant partnerships and internal staff, overseeing and developing our IT helpdesk, and developing the strategy for our business applications to support our company growth. And if you're looking for a challenge, you'll have the opportunity to set a strategy for developing our cybersecurity infrastructure, protecting our company from cyber threats.

As part of our fast-paced and deadline-driven international environment, you'll need to be highly flexible and responsive, working closely with finance and supply chain teams and reporting to the CFO. With a team of two consultants and one full-time employee, you'll be the key person to understand our business's internal processes, gather requirements, and set strategies to meet those needs.

Who are you?

We believe that you have the following skills and experience:

- Strong understanding of how IT systems can support and automate processes in finance reporting
- Extensive experience with ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets for IT resources and develop effective IT strategies
- Experience of IT Operations management
- Experience with business applications supporting supply chain management processes
- Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written English

We consider it a plus if you have:

- Experience with Power BI/Dynamics 365
- Proven experience as an engineering manager/IT Director with overall responsibility for a company's IT department
- Experience working in a global business environment
- Experience of CRM implementation
- Understanding of cybersecurity infrastructure and risk elimination
