Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.
The role
In this role you will be supporting all employees at Normative to provide them with a safe and frictionless IT environment. You’ll be working closely with our emerging security team to establish security policies across the organisation and be hands-on configuring both devices and services used by employees to meet our high security requirements while minimizing friction. As an early member of the team you’ll have much sway to impact the direction of both IT & security policies.
What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:
- Streamlining and traceability of access management to the different systems used by the company
- Automation of employee onboarding and offboarding on the different systems
- Manage access to company core systems
- Configuration of SaaS systems to continuously follow security policies
- Maintain an updated hardware policy adapted to employee needs and budget
- Manage employee IT lifecycle (hardware purchase, installation, onboarding, support, maintenance, offboarding, replacement, system accesses, etc)
We think you’ll be a good match if you:
- Genuinely want to contribute to the fight against climate change
- Have +3 years of experience in an IT department implementing modern and automated IT processes and policies applied to both own hardware as well as SaaS systems
- Generally are very comfortable jumping into new services and configuring them
- Are familiar with mixed environments consisting of Mac OSX, Linux, Windows, Android and iOS devices

Location
We operate with a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm (HQ) and Copenhagen. To physically configure devices we thus need you to come into the Stockholm office, probably a few times a week. The position will also include occasional trips to Copenhagen.
