Job description
Randstad technologies are now looking for a consultant to one of our clients in the automotive industry. As an IT Enterprise Architect with our client, the main objective is to secure a robust and future-safe enterprise architecture from all viewpoints (Business Services, Business Processes, Information, Applications and Technology). You will drive the strategy work, creating an architecture when it comes to an architecture that supports our clients vision.


In this role you will  also maintain and drive the governance structure for the enterprise architecture, including making the technical decisions and documenting IT policies, directives, standards and guidelines.


For this position we are open to collaborate with subcontractor companies as well as candidates looking for an employment.

Responsibilities
In this position, the IT enterprise architect:


• Leads the development of a holistic enterprise architecture model for the whole of the organization, from all architecture perspectives (Business Services, Business Processes, Information, Applications and Technology.


• Is overall responsible for the architectural vision and strategy.


• Is responsible and chair for our client’s Digital IT Architecture Board


• Is overall responsible for our client’s Digital IT Architecture Repository including their IT policies, directives, standards and reference architectures.


• Is overall responsible for our client’s open-source governance.


• Drives technical investigations and initiatives.


• Reports to IT MT

Qualifications
For this position we are looking for someone with:


• Long experience working as an enterprise architect or as a solution architect.


• Good understanding of EA frameworks in general and TOGAF in particular


• Experience in architectural modelling such as information, process, capabilities and infrastructure models


• Good understanding of customer operations and best practices


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Business oriented mindset


• Service Minded


• Organized, analytic, structured, and skilled in documentation.


• Excellent team player


• ITIL knowledge (foundation level) is preferable.


• Holistic view and capability to understand IT services in a business context.


• Good at analyzing the big picture without losing the grip of details.


• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Experience
At least 7 years of experience as a an IT Enterprise Architect.
