IT Experience Manager @ Nordward

"First line IT Support" doesn't make it justice, because we have first line support on most services, such as printers, phones, g suite etc. We need someone to help manage our internal IT experience across our companies. We might be the best fish & sushi-product wholesaler, but let's not pretend everyone at the company is an IT wizard, but that's why there is a place for you here!

Our Group Head of IT needs a Danish, Swedish and English speaking IT Experience Manager, geographically based in Copenhagen. You should have a generalist background, knows how to search for solutions, is comfortable collaborating online, and willing to travel when projects require it.

Bonus for any G Suite or GCP certifications, VismaBusiness experience and/or some programming background.

The role will include everything from replacing SIM cards (until we have eSIM), helping employees get used to G Suite and Chromebooks, to assisting in rolling out Exoskeletons or take part in any of our multiple AI projects. From a system perspective, you will be responsible for becoming our first and second line for our ERP system: VismaBusiness.

We use modern solutions such as G Suite, Favro and have a cloud first strategy.

The roles primary purpose is to improve our employees IT experience, meaning we will measure internal it satisfaction / NetPromotorScore and it will be your KPI. You will be reporting to our Group Head of IT, offloading him, as we improve the IT experience and our pace of change even further.

You will learn business design/enterprise architecture, it maintenance (supplier management and hands on change management), release management and cloud transformation.

You will need to learn quickly, explain slowly and enjoy a fast paced work environment.
