IT Field Technician to Google Position based in Stockholm, Sweden.As Google grows, the number of Google locations is growing too.We are looking for an IT Field Technician responsible for supporting the needs of Google's Stockholm office and coordinating technical resources at various regional locations.We are looking for an individual that is highly technical and who can directly support the IT needs of a remote office and mentor future IT employees. Responsibilities: . Provide direct support for desktops, laptops and user access to corporate network and applications both on the network and remotely via VPN..Provide direct support for services such as office phones and video conferencing.. Provide direct support for off-site conferences and events..Provide direct support for Google's corporate resources and applications.. Provide project coordination with implementation, deployment, documentation and training where appropriate to ensure success.. Provide direct support for Google's office relocations and expansions.. Provide direct support for wireless devices and services.Requirements: . BS Degree or equivalent experience..Experience working in a global IT organization.. The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.. Experience supporting remote users..Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.. Strong project planning and management skills.. Willingness to travel up to 20%.. Expertise in deploying and supporting phone systems, video conferencing and various wireless devices.. Expertise in at least two of the following operating systems - Windows, Macintosh, or Linux..Understanding of LAN/WAN environments.. Experience with applications in a Linux and Microsoft networked environment..Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and problem-solving skills.. Apple Macintosh experience a plus..
