Very good in speaking and writing of Swedish and English.
Working hours will be from 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday till Friday . initial contract will be for 3 month and can be extend and start ASAP.


Provide first line IT support to end users. ( Laptop / Desktop HW with Windows 10, Cisco IP phones, Apple IPhone ).
Provide First line administration support ( AD , SCCM , OP5 monitoring , Group policy .
Familiar with ServiceNow environment and ticketing system support.


Note:
 To be able to get proper access for this position candidate need to pass basic requirement test initially ( takes 30 min multiple questionnaire with short interview )
