About the Team and Organization
Essity IT Services delivers solutions for our strategic digital Customer and Consumer platforms for all business units within Essity. The CCDx function provides delivery and support for some of our bigger digital products & solutions such as Tork online, Tork Connect, Tena Care Management, Tena Consumer Web, Baby, Femcare, and many more. This team ensures continuous improvements on our strategic technical platforms in the areas of eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS, DAM, PIM and provides expertise on MarTech services like ratings & review, buy now, digital analytics and cookie management.

About the Role
To be successful as an IT Graduate within Customer and Consumer Digital Experience you need to demonstrate digital savviness and have an interest of developing technical expertise within the area of ecommerce and digital marketing. You will support the existing team and the IT Business Analysts, delivery leads and business stakeholders in the project work and tasks by analyzing market trends and important technology landscape changes. You will also help create an understanding of the business needs and translate those into core capabilities for delivery within the projects.
The geographical location of this position is preferably at the either one of our two bigger sites; Gothenburg, Sweden or Ismaning, Germany and reports to the IT Manager eCommerce & CMS SME's. The team you will work be part of is international and consists of colleagues who work as business analyst and delivery leads.
What You Will Do
Create new technical possibilities by applying technical insights
Participate in technology trend research within digital marketing and ecommerce
Business partnering and develop understanding of Participate in projects/activities to support improvements Identify potential for innovation by actively supporting and enabling changes with a proactive approach.

Furthermore, we see that you have:
University degree within digital marketing, sales, Demonstrated experience of work/projects within digital marketing (blogs, social media marketing etc)
Technical savviness within online digital marketing tools
Ability to work in international environment across multiple business needs
Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, both verbally and writing.
