SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields to start in fall 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering an IT Graduate Program within the “Office of the CIO” which are responsible for facilitating the SCA Digital Strategy, driving the overall IT Strategy and maximizing the potential for business value from IT Technologies such as IoT, Big Data, Digital Platforms, Enterprise Systems, and others.
The Internet Of Things (IoT) will result in over a trillion devices being connected over the next few years. The growth rate is accelerating and the realisable commercial opportunities through connectivity are enormous. SCA has a clear strategy to “Win In Digital” where one of the key pillars is leveraging embedded technology (IoT) as a basis for new business models, an area that is truly cross-functional and covers the complete corporation.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month SCA GO! Program, you will actively participate in projects/activities related to Embedded technology, Business Intelligence, Big Data and Software as a Service. You will participate in technology trend research to identify valuable opportunities in collaboration with the Line Manager.
During the program you will build a broad competence and knowledge in relevant functional area(s) in terms of SCA business, customers, products and IT solutions, as well as technology trends. This will leverage your SCA experience to take a broad range of possible IT or business roles. Most importantly, you will actively participate in SCA’s team environment!

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago, will be a prerequisite. Excellent level of English is required, and speaking an additional language is preferable. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
