We have a great opportunity to get in and into a great digitalization and business transformation  journey in one of the most exciting departments at Scania.

As manager for “Powertrain IT Solution Development” you will lead an awesome team of 13 ambitious developers working closely with business in Value Streams. We mainly work from home, but occasionally we meet in our office in Södertälje.

You will also be part of an equally awesome management team within the Order to Delivery Department. We believe in modern and diverse leadership thinking and agile way of working, and we think you will fit perfectly into that mindset.

Your main responsibilities will be to inspire and drive a great development culture where your team members get challenged and grow in their career. It is also to collaborate closely with our partner IT groups and business stakeholders and make business and IT working as one.

You and your team are responsible for solutions for Powertrain IT including high-usability Front-End development for our Manufacturing Execution System used by the seven production units under our section responsibility.

You will also be the main leadership speaking partner with Scania Industrial Maintenance, help the organisation guide their next strategic steps and assignments.

You are good at driving change and constantly challenge status quo, this is probably something that gets you up from bed every day.
