IT Help Desk-1st line support - ENGLISH + GERMAN or Swedish Do you want to get experience from abroad in a large internationalcompany with lots of different nationalities?Are you interested in settle down in the beautiful city of Prague?For our client we are looking for an IT-support with general IT-knowledge.The "clients" you will be serving are from internal departments from all around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Following agreed procedures receives requests for assistance from users in a pleasant and professional manner.- Maintains accurate log entries of requests with fault details and contact information.- Maintains log entries and advises users of actions taken - Following agreed procedures searches documentation and previous requests for assistance on related topics to establish possible solutions to calls.- Document any findings on the call log.- Following agreed procedures responds to requests for assistance from users by providing information to enable users to solve their problems.- Maintains accurate log entries of contact with resolution details and follow-up information - Following agreed procedures, maintains and reports up to date and accurate inventory information on the organization's IT assets. Salary will be paid in Czech korunas (CZK) according to market level or above +10 % in bonus if team targets are met.
