As a result of our ever continuing growth we are now looking for our own internal Helpdesk specialist to meet the continuously growing demands set on our IT environment. This is the first role of its kind at Funnel, thus leaving a lot of opportunity to set the bar and form the role!
What you will do
As a Helpdesk support specialist, you will be the go-to person for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software within Funnel in Stockholm, while being responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be a part of the, newly formed, IT team and will have daily interaction with system and computer users across the company.
You will also:
- Manage hardware for new starters and upgrades for employees as well as train and onboard users on basic system and computer functions
- Understand and proactively maintain daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot customer problems, and innate follow-up
- Work closely with the Office manager to solve and support office related IT issues and upgrades.
- Be responsible for Apple mobiles and Android mobiles, Mac’s, PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drives, etc).
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Ordering hardware and onboarding/training in how to use it
The team
This is a newly formed team, however, initially, you will be working closely with the CTO and Office Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 + years of experience of working in a similar IT support role
- Previous experience of working with G-suite or MS Office
- Previous experience in installing and configuring meeting room technology
- Experience from working in a Tech/SaaS company (Bonus)
