Siemens Energy is looking for an IT Implementation Lead for our Industrial Applications Services (I SV) Digital Enablement team. This initiative is to support the IT Digital Enablement Lead with primary focus to support the operations and delivery of Digital Enablement projects and enable the business to simplify and grow our I SV business in the following dimensions:

* Digital transformation: to transform the core

* Digital portfolio: to grow beyond the core
* Digital Foundation: to connect (data) for value

 

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for you who have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in related field.
* 5 years of experience in leadership roles with focus Business Partner, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise IT Applications, IT Service/Operations/Support Management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a clear and understandable fashion.
* Demonstrated financial discipline and budget management skills for both Services and Projects. Understanding of how to deliver operational excellence and cost reduction for the BU.
* Project management and delivery experience across multiple countries, locations.

 

Your responsibilities
* Implement defined I SV BU & IT target architecture from DIG program, management and within other Digi Organizations.
* Coordinating continuous redefining of Product Line specific to-be architectures together with BU Implementation Lead and relevant stakeholders.
* Active operational and project execution support for existing Project and Digitalization including gate process and methodology adherence.
* Drive implementation of defined 70 projects in DE.
* Support and help drive scaling and adoption of solutions coming out of DE and across entire business unit.
* Ensure quality in Project Management Delivery.
* Close collaboration with BU Implementation Lead to ensure eye-level-partnership.
* Support the foundation of overall company Digitalization strategy.
* Represent Digital Enablement in I SV and beyond.
* Be a trusted partner for all Digitalization Organizations.
* Ensure foundational alignment to complement House of Digitalization.

Digital Enablement @ I SV consists of 3 Organizations (1 – Digital Development, 2 – Digital Operations, and 3 – Digital Products, Marketing and Sales). The IT Implementation Lead has responsibility to ensure the operations of DE projects are executed and delivered within the organizations to the internal business, supporting a defined strategy with IT and Business eye-level DE roadmaps.
