Capgemini is growing and is now looking for an IT Infrastructure Architect to their office in Malmö or Göteborg. As an IT Infrastructure Architect at Capgemini you will become part of a dynamic team. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to develop yourself in your professional role. You will drive/help lead the initiatives together with our customers in the IT infrastructure area.



Your work assignments

As an IT Infrastructure Architect, you will support the development and maintenance of enterprise/technology architecture, technology strategies and structure for all of functions, services and projects of our clients. You will also be proactive in researching relevant and new technologies and provide the business (colleagues at all levels) with briefings as appropriate. You will be involved and be able to influence the creation of IT strategies and ensure that technology is used appropriately and to its full capability. You will also be fluent at articulating best practice, architecture definitions and driving change.



Your background

To be the IT Infrastructure Architect that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 5 years of experience working in the field of IT infrastructure. You should have a relevant education and it is an advantage if you have worked as a consultant before. Relevant infrastructure certifications such as TOGAF is a strong plus. It is important that you communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing.



Your personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is driven and structured in your way of working and with a genuine interest in IT. It is important to have good interpersonal skills, to be able to listen to customers input and to be able to explain your thinking for both technicians but also for the management. For the role, it is also important that you are self-motivated, social and communicative.
