As our IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager in Sweden you will have the chance to work with some of the most advanced power and productivity products and systems in the world, Hitachi’s portfolio within Information Technology (IT). Your responsibilities
As our IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will apply IT infrastructure technology knowledge and expertise to different kinds of activities within all IT process domains.
Change management in our environment will be part of your work such as coordination between different suppliers and our own business units.
Management of high severity incidents, incident management includes communication and collaboration with different teams in the organization.
You will be involved in IT Service catalogue management, knowledge management, problem management and similar ITIL related activities.
Monitor consumption of IT services in order to manage stock and cost.
Lead temporary work teams by guiding and monitoring tasks, sharing knowledge and advice.

Your background
Experience in IS/IT operations or management related to IT Infrastructure
You are open to new perspectives, have good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Project management certification or relevant experience within an international environment is a merit.
You have good analytical skills for resolving IT incidents and issues
Strong ability to work in teams as well as independently.
As you will be part of a company that operates both on a local and global arena, fluent in English and Swedish is required
