IT Infrastructure Expert

As a senior infrastructure expert in the project, the main task will be to be the responsible for describing necessary content in an RFI with the purpose to get the market’s response to business objectives and functional and non-functional needs and requirements of a new global network architecture and related services.

Assignments Date- 21 Sep 2020 till 31 Dec 2020

about 16 hours/2 days a week)

This will be the first step in a series of activities followed by for example an RFP in 2021.

As a senior infrastructure expert, we expect the candidate to have advanced experience in interpreting business needs and requirements into future network functions and solutions, being operational in a global and complex enterprise. In addition, we foresee the following skills:

Advanced experience in creating structure and leading a team to create content in an RFI and RFP process

Experience in leading a team into future solutions and visions in the infrastructure area

Experience with multivendor global enterprise environment and its pre-requisites

Experience in future network technologies such as Software Defined WAN, LAN and Perimeter.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of infrastructure combined with implementation, management, operations and support

An understanding of ITIL and experience working in a change-controlled environment together with knowledge of project work and methodologies.

A high standard of written and spoken English.
