Hi,
We are looking for IT Infrastructure Experts level 4 Support to work on Australia /Newzealand Timezones - Remote.
Description :
Must be used to handle Cisco WLC, Prime, ISE, access points, Windows AD, DHCP, EAP-TLS, RF issues and similar.
Good if knowing IPSK portal function and how IPSK works together with ISE/WLC/clients.
Troubleshooting WiFi issues. ServiceNow is used for ITSM, in which the ticket's must be handled.
Mandatory:
• Ability effectively communicate in English language verbally and in writing. Its a plus if candidate can communicate in Chinese and/or Korean.
* Excellent team player with a positive mind set
