Jobbeskrivning
In this role, you will ensure that IT Services managed by the Nordic IT Operations team are delivered effectively to business customers. This includes the execution of SOPs, management of IT Incidents, IT Changes and IT problems in Management system based on the related processes, procedures and work instructions. You will also identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery.
Assignments could include:
Various Microsoft Operating Systems (e.g. OS MS Windows Server 2008 to 2016 and in a cloud environment);
Administration of AD based services, such as DNS, DHCP, etc.;
Linux Operating System (e.g. RedHat, CentOS);
Virtual Infrastructure Services (e.g. VMware);
Storage Infrastructure Services (SAN, NFS, CIFS with e.g. NetApp or Synology);
Physical Infrastructure with Blade Servers, Rack servers (e.g. Dell);
Monitor the health of the Data Centre Services with the established solutions
Kravspecifikation
To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience from IT infrastructure in both physical data centers and in the cloud, as well as a solid knowledge of the areas listed above. You have a strong operations background, experience in managing infrastructure environments and successfully partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role will require you to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively with high level of attention to detail, so you will have high level organizational and documentation skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English.
Last but not least, you will contribute to building a winning team with your co-operative approach and positive can-do attitude.
