You will
The Asperiq team includes some of the most senior experts in the industry, as well rising stars within encryption technology and scalable security architecture. Our focus is on our new security network portfolio; developing the devices that implement our scalable security architecture together with the management systems to support their use cases. We have some of the most interesting and demanding customers in the world. We work in teams, driven by customer needs.
As our Infrastructure Specialist, you will be overall responsible for the Asperiq IT-infrastructure and IT-systems together with internal applications used by employees and customers. You work across the whole company, contribute to projects and perform the daily operations working both with the IT team and the product teams. This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll be playing a key role in the organization. Your daily work will include configuration, installation and troubleshooting, both hardware and software issues. Furthermore, you will work with:
- Creating IT- and IT security policies and risk assessments in collaboration with the CISO and ensure that all employees comply with corporate IT-security policies and reporting of security deficiencies
- Development of standard operating procedures in line with best practices. Provide training on and ensure that written protocols and policies are in place for all end users
- Provide expert advice and support to the business on quality and safety issues
- Design, procurement, installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of the company's IT infrastructure and development environment
- Interaction with the outside world to keep up with the continuously changing IT- security challenges
You are
You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science / Information System or relevant field experience together with 5 years of relevant working experience. Advanced knowledge of secure networking, data centre management, Linux and Microsoft environments are required. Knowhow of Atlassian software & Microsoft certification is an advantage.

You have an interest in and ability to lead and inspire other people. With your experience and technical know-how, you work effectively and are willing to pass your knowledge to your team and other colleagues. To be efficient in the interaction with others, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
For the position you need to have a Swedish or a Swiss citizenship, or a valid work permit for Sweden/Switzerland, due to strict security requirements.
