IT installation Technician in Gothenburg

Job description
Acting as OnSite installation technician during a migration project, assisting with receiving, installing and delivering computers and peripherals from our clients Office support locations. Installations will occur according to predefined process using Software Center Task Sequence deployments.

Responsibilities
The IT Installation Technician shall: 
 Install OS, drivers, updates, software according to predefined process 
Ensure goods receipt of new computers coming in 
Ensure hand-out/delivery of installed computers to end users according to predefined process
Actively communicate with Servicedesk responsible about deviation, interference, and divergences 
Administrate asset handling within the Servicedesk system 




Qualifications
 Solid experience with installations on Windows based environment. 
 Experience in supporting commonly known software 
 Experience in support IT client hardware and peripherals 
 Knowledge in IT Infrastructure 
Excellent communication skills 
Fluent in Swedish and English or Chinese and English.
