Kvalifikationer
- Minimum of a high school education or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of Service Desk first line experience
- Experience of working in and knowledge of IT support processes
- Experienced in the Microsoft end-user environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft service software and related operation server management tools
- Understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions is a plus
- ITIL foundation v3 Certificate
- Fluent in English, spoken and written

Job Description
For our customer within medtech we are now looking for a driven and IT-interested Customer Support for the customer's support team in Mölnlycke. It is preOn behalf of the customer, we are now looking for a driven and IT-interested customer support for the customer's support team in Solna. It is preferably that you have worked in a similar role before and within IT. In the role, you will, together with your colleagues, handle IT incidents and orders from the customer's users and provide technical support to external agents. In the role of IT customer support, you will also assist end users with technical support for specific IT solutions, verify solutions from suppliers, ensure that solution descriptions are possible to understand and communicate solutions to end users, communicate with suppliers and end users when more information is required from someone participate in meetings with colleagues, internal stakeholders and / or suppliers to address actions and improvements.

Personal qualities
To fit into this role, we see that you as a person are socially outgoing and like the contact with other people and to provide good service. You have a good communication ability and enjoy working as the spider in the web with many contact surfaces. You have a burning interest in IT and are happy to develop in it.

Admission and Application
The scope of work is full-time and daytime, 40 hours / week. Our customer is happy to have the start in the beginning of September 2021 and the assignment is expected to run until at least March 2022, with good chances of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant and work at our customer´s office in Mölnlycke, Gothenburg.
