IT LAWYER, Nearshore software business.
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our Legal Department team. This is an opportunity to get into a leading company in an exploding market with tremendous potential. As IT Lawyer, you will be responsible for the legal aspects for our nearshore business line.
This role requires experienced lawyer with understanding of Ukrainian legislation (fluency in Ukrainian and English is a must) as well as international business. You must be similarly comfortable during online calls and/or personal meetings.


As a member of Legal Department Team you are expected to support company business activities, including, but not limited to:
Drafting/reviewing various contracts, NDAs, and other documents
Supporting of relocation processes, including work and residence permit matters in foreign countries
Advising on different IP- and personal data-related matters
Assisting to sales and other departments during negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers
Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in Law
Proven track record and experience in a similar role
Areas of expertise: Contract Law, IP Law
Detail-oriented
fluent Ukrainian and at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
