Randstad Technologies are now looking for a CRM IT-lead for one of our fast growing clients in Gothenburg. In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing Salesforce and lead the ongoing implementation of Sales Cloud.

Ansvarsområden
You will collaborate with stakeholders in different parts of this global company and lead CRM mergers and migrations as well as helping new teams on board.


You will also suggest and manage integrations with other platforms (middleware, ERP etc).


In this position you will be responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, backups and upgrades and support the organisation in troubleshooting as well as perform backup tests.

Arbetstider
Full time but in periods of time, workhours may exceed a standard work week. Travels to other sites/countries within the group - or to suppliers - may occur from time to time.



Kvalifikationer
We are looking for candidates with a documented background working technically with CRM, ERP, middleware / integrating softwares. 


To be a good match for this position you need to have strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies. 


You also need to have a problem-solving attitude and organizational skills, including stakeholder management.


On the technical side, you need to have experience working specifically with Salesforce configurations, metadata and technical implementations including Salesforce platform management,  fundamental object-oriented programming concepts and be familiar with the tools: Flow and Process Builder, Lightning App Builder. You need to know how to develop complex validation rules, workflow rules, approval process for effective business requirements, roles, profile, page layouts etc.


Experience with custom objects, and CPQ is a plus! 


Experience in Dynamics 365 ERP is a plus!
