The MONA team at Scania is a team with senior colleagues that has many years of experience within requirement analytics, architecture and development. MONA is a Scania developed system which supports many of Scania’s critical production and logistics processes globally. You will belong to the team that maintain and develops the logistic system called Simas responsible for all goods and warehouse logistic for Scania globally.
We are looking for a engaged maintenance manager/scrum master that enjoys working with challenging and varied demands and want to help transforming Scania’s production business to new heights!

Your job
As a Maintenance Manager you will lead the team on an operational level to maintain, support and develop our Scania developed system, which supports the logistic organization globally. The team consists of system analysts and developers along with you.
Together with our Product Owner and your team you will plan and work with maintenance and development. The work includes, for example, resource planning, steering, release management, and coaching. You will work closely with other Maintenance Managers responsible for other applications/systems and it’s important to work hand in hand with our customers.

Your profile
To enjoy and to be successful in this role we believe that you’re organized and responsive. You have a natural leadership behaviour and you’re truly committed to fulfil tasks and goals together with your team. A pro-active and coaching mindset is important.
We believe that you have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users and business critical deliveries. You have experience from working as a Maintenance Manager and/or a Scrum Master.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with ERP systems or Production systems, as well as experience from working in a manufacturing company.
Except from Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
