Our new IT hero, is that you? Is it in your nature to make sure that your colleagues get the best possible experience within IT and office matters? We are now looking for an IT Manager who will be part of our brilliant (and growing) HR team. Besides taking ownership for our IT&Office department at foodora Sweden you will also be responsible for a small team, therefore we need you to bring your best leadership skills as well. To thrive and succeed in this role you need to be a problem solver out to the fingertips. You know how IT infrastructure works and are longing to set a structure and develop IT- policies at one of Sweden’s most upcoming food and retail Tech-companies. Most importantly (as you might have noticed already) is your passion for IT, but let’s not forget - you need passion for people as well. foodora is in the forefront regarding fast deliveries, let’s keep up this trend with the best IT solutions as well!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Be responsible for/and make sure that all office related questions as well as IT related issues works and runs smoothly
- Overall responsibility for foodoras IT infrastructure
- Be the cost center owner for your department, which includes take ownership of purchase of hardware, office accessories etc
- Create and maintain IT policies, structures and processes regarding IT
- Set up and implement a long term strategy on how the IT should work at foodora Sweden
- Implement internal SLA’s (Service level agreements) for IT tickets
- Collaborate with our central team at Delivery Hero in Berlin and our External (IT partner
- Have the full personnel responsibility for 2-3 team members (it might become more as we are growing)
- You will be part of the Human Resource team, and rapport to HR-Manager
YOU ARE
- Prioritization skills - You can easily prioritize what needs to be done and when it should be done
- Solutions Oriented - You will face many challenges, where your problem solving skills will come to use
- Self-Reliant - As Sweden’s one and only IT-pro (for now), we need you to be independent and take your own initiatives
- Business Minded - What would foodora be without all business minded foodorians? We truly think that your business mindset will help us grow even more
- Leadership skills - For you it’s a no-brainer to lead your team with good example
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 4 years practical experience within IT infrastructure/network. Probably from a role as IT operations manager, workplace coordinator, infrastructure specialist or similar
- You have experience as a cost center owner/working with budget
- You have good knowledge in Office 365, Google Suite, Windows OS and iOS
- You have experience from Incident Management and Network troubleshooting. You are also familiar with ticket systems (we are working with Jira)
- You have experience with AD (active directory)
- You speak and write English and Swedish fluently
- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from leading a team before
- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from office management
