Our growth is stronger than ever, recently doubling the players and venues joining us on the journey. Today, our platform offers a wide range of solutions for players to find and book their court, and for venues to administer their schedule while offering training and competitions. Now, we are looking for an IT Manager who wants to join and contribute to making the day-to-day life of our colleagues simpler and take lead on IT questions overall.
About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT manager who will manage and maintain our IT systems (mostly SaaS solutions) to execute technical and administrative tasks on our services, networking and computers working to their maximum capacity with greatest efficiency. We also want you to take the responsibility to evaluate, select and roll-out new SaaS solutions that help us in our day to day work as we grow bigger to meet the need for more SaaS tools.
Duties and responsibilities
- Design procedures for the use of IT resources
- Advise management with the goal of making the appropriate IT decisions and choices
- Plan, implement and manage IT tools used in daily operations
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Design, plan and execute training on the use of services and systems
- Perform troubleshooting and execute on needed actions
- Execute different maintenance activities when needed
- Review and develop security-related contract documents
- Work, coordinate and supervise IT staff members to ensure upholding IT standards
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
What we are looking for
- Previous working experience as IT Manager or Coordinator for 3-4 year(s)
- Previous experience in help desk support will be an advantage
- Analytical mind and research orientation
- Previous working experience with security and single sign-on solutions
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with competent vocabulary
- BA Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field
