FeelGood is a part of Terveystalo, a leading Nordic healthcare provider. We have opened a great new role in our team for managing our IT operations in Sweden. You will be working directly with the healthcare group IT and also with our business units in the Swedish market.

We expect that you have a wide understanding and experience in leading IT infra services and that you have a good track record in IT service delivery management. Our operational model is based on a fairly high level of outsourcing, thus making it important that you have an extensive experience in managing IT service providers and partners. Good overall understanding of cloud services is definitely an asset.

To succeed in our ambitious team, you should have great communication skills, positive attitude and hunger to develop yourself. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals so there will be lots of opportunities to spar, learn and grow.

We expect excellent interaction skills and fluent written and spoken communication in Swedish and English.

As a IT-manager you will:

• Work as a supervisor for a small application support team
• Be in charge of the vendor management and the related budgets
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and Digital development with product owners to plan and deliver solutions that works end-to-end both from business and operational perspective
• Facilitate communication between vendors, service providers and other internal stakeholders and when needed act as intermediary or” translator” between diverse stakeholders.
• Help projects to succeed with their targets and deliverables
• Ensure business continuity by smooth operations and following continuous business development processes and practices
• Manage IT infrastructure security software and ways of working etc. CAB- proses
