Out IT Team
We want to transform our current Internal IT team into a Digital Workplace Team (or do you have a better name? 😊) working with supporting our employee experience, by improving our digital workplace experience.
Gone are the days when the workplace was only a physical space, an office to occupy during office hours. Hive’s IT Team is an enabler for providing all employees around the globe a safe, productive, and frictionless experience in our hybrid workplace.
You will lead a team consisting of two Hivians, an Internal IT Support and a Power Platform Architect and IT Administrator. You will be reporting to Tea, Head of People Experience and be part of the greater People Experience Office. Who is Tea looking for? Working as an IT Manager
Leading the IT Team, you will work operational and strategically with supporting your team and the organization in the physical workplace (technical, Stockholm Office), digital workplace (system, apps, integration etc.) and workplace security.
You will…
- Be overall responsible for Hive’s IT infrastructure
- Be part of creating a long-term strategy on how the Internal IT should work at Hive
- Create and maintain IT policies, structures and processes regarding IT and IT security
- Be the cost center owner for your department, which includes taking ownership of the purchase of hardware, office accessories etc.
- Be responsible for and work operational with hybrid office related questions (e.g. ordering IT equipment, installing) and make sure that IT-related issues run smoothly
- Represent the IT team in Hive Security Guild within internal IT security
Previous Experience
- You are experienced within IT infrastructure/network, so you feel comfortable working self-sufficient and coaching others
- You have informal or formal leadership experience
- You have an interest in Internal IT security, such as system privacy, user management and workplace management
- You have good knowledge and experience in Office 365, Google Suite, Windows OS and iOS
- You have experience in Incident Management and Network troubleshooting
- You are also familiar with ticket systems (we are working with Jira)
- You speak and write English fluently
- It's a big plus if you have experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
