We are now looking for a talented, tech-savvy and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Stockholm. We are a small, closely-knit team serving a well-established client base spread internationally.

The role
IT Manager is a broad role that spans from 1st line tech support to our people to development of our internal IT processes, infrastructure and supplier relationships. You will be a vital part of our internal IT function and report to our CISO. In collaboration with our CISO you will maintain the stability, reliability, and security of how IT operates and be part of or lead internal IT projects. We are a multinational company with operations in the UK, Finland, Sweden and Australia, the role will be responsible for all locations we are present at currently with the possibility to expand our operations even further internationally in the years to come.
CtrlPrint is certified according to ISO 27001 with a well established ISMS. It is therefore positive if you also have an understanding of the importance of information security as well as the habit of working in a structured and well documented way.
To be successful in this role / Preferred qualifications
Have 3+ years of experience working in a similar position in IT Service Management or Support and projects with a good understanding of office IT infrastructure and needs.
Experience or knowledge of Google Workspace, Atlassian product suite (Jira Service Management (ITSM), Confluence).
Mobile device management (ManageEnginei) systems and infrastructure.
Ideally you have experience working with or knowledge of employee IT management such as on-/offboarding of user equipment and system access provisioning.
Experience with network administration, and systems integration.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
As a person, you are driven, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
You enjoy working with great freedom to shape and develop not only your role but also CtrlPrint with a focus on IT.
You are flexible, solution-oriented, and not afraid to share your ideas and take initiative.
You are a team player who values good collaborations and ensures that you contribute to a good working environment.
