The job
In this position, you’re the bridge between IT and business as well as provide timely and effective administrative support to our sales teams, units and departments. You’re responsible for successfully delivering on M&A integration processes, applications and supporting the business in relevant areas. You ensure that all IT policies, processes and guidelines are followed and act as a middleman in maintaining contact with other Business Areas, guaranteeing best practices and uniform ways of working. Lastly, you act as an interface for other IT nodes across our organization, suppliers for escalations and RFP’s.

Your character
We’re looking for someone with a relevant university degree, experience in change management, and an efficiency in IT. You have proven leadership qualities, previous involvement in leading various teams and presentation skills regarding different IT strategies as well as experience of leading in cross-border organizations.
With a structured, driven and agile way of working, you’re a leader with an open mindset who likes to share ideas between colleagues. You also embrace new challenges and are always looking to improve your methods of doing business in the most efficient way possible.
