The IT Manager eCom, Store and Omni has a central role in the change for Kappahl and is a bridge between the business, IT and partners, and you coach your teams to delivery. The role is placed at the headquarters in Mölndal.

The position As IT Manager eCom, Store and Omni you coach, inspire and challenge your teams to deliver value for Kappahl through our applications and solutions. Kappahl is on a transformational journey where we are developing not only our business, but also our ways of working and our technical solutions. You will be a key player in this transformation and part of our IT management.
Your main tasks will be:
- Being the coach and manager for three teams – Ecom, Store and Omni.
- Change management of new techniques, ways of working and processes in close cooperation with CIO and IT management team.
- Cooperation and agreement negotiations with our suppliers.
- Developing an effective IT organization through continuous improvements and agile mindset.

Your profile We are seeking you with broad IT knowledge and/or education who have experience from the retail business, preferably but not necessary from eCom or Omni channel. We think that you have worked in the field where IT and business meet and have experience from both maintenance and development. We believe that you have an extensive ability to translate the demands from our core business to IT solutions. You need to have previous experience as a leader and from change management. If you have worked in an agile environment, it is a big plus! As a person you are courageous, inspiring and focused on finding solutions.
