We are looking for an IT Manager for the Transformers Business Unit in Ludvika, Sweden. This a great chance to be a part of a business unit that manufactures the world’s largest and most complex power transformers.

Your responsibilities
Single point of contact for process and application changes
Lead and coordinate the local IT activities and projects within the business
Prepare, implement and manage business systems
Coordinate with global functions and country IT on budget and planning process for the local unit
Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence
Application owner of local systems and contact with local contract suppliers
This is a role where you can challenge yourself and the business for continuous development in both short and long term as well as improvements along cross functional disciplines
Your background
As a person you are structured, open-minded and communicative
You are service-minded and strive for finding solutions on challenges
You have experience of working in project management field and find this environment interesting
Experience from IT management and processes
Education within IT, engineering or other relevant fields is preferable
Experience working with SAP and connected systems and processes in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, to enable interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders
