This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious senior technology leader to step up to a transformational IT Director role and be responsible for delivering a number of crucial programmes across the Nordic region.

What you’ll be doing… 


• Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement 
• Ensure IT technology and services are future proofed to maximise the potential of highly connected operations and products. 
• Program manage regional rollouts of key systems while collaborating with executives in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product Engineering to develop competitive strategies for digital investments and innovation.
• Provide strategic direction, operational oversight and performance accountability for a comprehensive portfolio of digital products
• Be constantly informed about the digital technology marketplace to introduce technologies to drive the business forward.

 

What you need for the role… 


• 15+ years of experience leading large, complex IT Projects required. 
• Experience with Web and Salesforce.com Technologies and Integration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with Field Mobility solutions 
• Ability to openly communicate ideas with the organization and gain input from the business to influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders.
• experience of leading IT organizations
• Proven record of driving and tracking project teams from concept to full implementation in a process-based, data driven business environment.
