IT Manager to Atos Medical!

Atos Medical began developing its first voice prosthesis under the name Provox 1987. Since then we have worked hard to establish Provox as a leading system for voice and pulmonary rehabilitation for laryngectomy patients. We continue while setting aside large development and training resources to increase our involvement in the specialty areas of Ear, Nose, Throat . The goal is clear - Atos Medical will show the way across the ENT area.



We are looking for a energetic IT Manager to our headquarters in Hörby!



Your future job description

Your future role involves streamlining and maintaining functionality for Atos users and other stakeholders, and to develop and improve the infrastructure in a strategic direction. You will be responsible for ensuring a cost effective and secure IT infrastructure including KPI monitoring. In conclusion your responsibility will be to meet the requirements and expectations of the availability and quality of information that business has on the IT department.



You will have full responsibility for personnel that consists of a competent set of individuals in varying roles (7 people). The role also includes the financial responsibility of the department. We also expect you to lead and participate in various projects that drive change in various fields and you are expected to identify and execute the most urgent cases within these projects. You will report to the CFO.



Your experiences and qualities

We expect you to have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience acquired in other ways. You have minimum 8 years of experience in progressive IT environments behind you with a clear track record in running IT changes in a larger organization. A strong understanding of business and how we can unite business and IT is necessary to be successful in this position. To lead the staff and take responsibility is both a drive and motivator for you. We expect your english language to be proficient in both speech and writing.
