IT Manager/Site Leader for Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT)

About the position

This position has accountability for the technology / performance / portfolio of the standard and local products in the plants that are specific to the Consumer Manufacturing processes. In addition, it has the responsibility to ensure that the IT products that support the manufacturing site are coordinated efficiently to deliver application roadmap strategies using Agile and Release Management while maintaining Site Fact-book and Product Catalog. The Site Leader leads the Financial TCO for site JJT Operation Product and Solutions as well as have input and coordination on investment prioritization.

Responsibilities

* Actively lead the Plant Ecosystem for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE Vision and maturity strategy
* Lead / Support all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments incl. External Manufacturing for the Plant
* Stakeholder management: Drives collaboration and execution with internal and external partners
* Program and Service Manager: Tracks progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management
* Coordinates alignment between J&J sites.
* Effective teamwork on quality/compliance/cyber security remediation and improvement initiatives.
* Budget, estimate return on investment and business value, secure funding, plan and execute initiatives of digital transformation, data strategy and advanced analytics as well as TLM activities partnering with business and IT teams
* Prioritizes product demand & backlog - understands economic models to handle prioritization and applies systems thinking
* Partner with build and run teams of applications as well as infrastructure and automation support teams to achieve the desired reliability to meet business objectives



Qualifications

Required:

* 4+ years of IT product (application) management, design and solution in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems)
* Business & Communication skills. Shown ability to work efficiently with business and technology partners to understand business requirement
* Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multi-location, multi-functional teams
* Leadership experience in building teams with the above capabilities
* Proficiency in English

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field
* 5 years experience; multiple sites
* Pharmaceutical / OTC manufacturing industry IT systems experience
* 3+ years of direct people management experience
* Experience in project execution utilizing Agile / JIRA / rRDM methodology
* Project delivery experience
* Proficiency in Swedish
