IT Object Leader

Your role

In your role as IT Object Leader you are a skillful leader with experience within IT development and Research and Development. You will lead a team including IT architects and Business analysts in close cooperation with the Business area. You have technical knowledge, an excellent ability to lead others and to motivate and develop relationships both internally and externally. Good judgement and flexibility to handle and respond to unexpected situations are valuable qualities for this position.

This role requires well developed abilities in terms of thinking and acting strategically as well as operationally.

More specifically you will work with following:


* Lead the governance team to ensure efficient development of IT Environment
* Budget and financial follow up
* Coordinate with other IT object Leaders
* Close collaboration with the Business
* Be a part of a cross functional agile team
* Lead Workshops

Experis is now hiring a senior IT Object Leader on behalf of Saab ICT.
Placement for this assignment is Saabs site in Linköping. As IT Object Leader you will have the responsibility to lead the management and development of IT Environments for Development activities.

Qualifications
To fit this role we think that you are an experienced leader within the IT field with the ability of analyzing what needs to be done. As a person you are self-driven result oriented and communicative with the ability to express yourself in a clear and distinct way. You finish your tasks successfully.

Required skills:

* Academic education in IT, System Management or Engineering
* Experience from the research & development, service management and/or operation area
* Five to ten years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in Swedish and English

Desired skills:

* You are creative, transparent and like to think outside the box
* You have excellent social skills with a great interest and understanding of business processes
* Team leader experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to prioritize effectively
