IT Operation Lead

Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you a problem solver who wants to contribute and work close to business, yet within a global organization? Are you interested in positions where you get to develop and improve IT-delivery processes? Then we think we might have an interesting opportunity for you! We are now looking for an IT Operation Lead to join our team at Lantmännen Group IT. Together – towards smarter ways of working.

This is what you will do

As IT Operation Lead you will have a central role within the IT organization working with both major incidents and critical root cause investigations. When major incidents occur you take lead, communicating to stakeholders and coordinating the work. This is done in a multi sourced environment and with the aim to solve the issue as soon as possible. Once the incident is solved you will continue to coordinate the problem investigation with the target to identify the root cause. You will work close to stakeholders within our businesses and within the IT-organization, where you will drive the agenda for continuous improvement towards goals and KPIs.

The role is characterized by both having to work strategically with more long-term issues in processes and improvements, and act pragmatically on operative day-to-day major incidents that might appear with short notice and must be solved for our end users. This requires you to be a process-oriented yet adaptable person, who enjoys working with different stakeholders, focusing on the organization and processes, being able to step in and taking ownership when needed.

For this position, you have the possibility to either work from our Lantmännen offices in Stockholm and Malmö, or at one of our IT-partner's offices in Göteborg. You will be part of our team of 12 people within Competence Center Operations & Security.
