Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Operation Manager to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Managing and overseeing all aspects of IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud services.
Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Leading a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive excellence in performance and service delivery.
Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology requirements and providing effective solutions to support their goals.
Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing necessary changes to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance.
Planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, within specified timelines and budgets.
Ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and incidents, providing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in IT operations, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in IT operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
