Is finding the real source of major problems your thing? Do you excel in coordination of problem investigations, ensuring root cause investigations, and work together with both technical specialist and business analyst to improve a service? Is problem analysis and remediation your second language? Do you have vast experience from proactive and structured work following Problem Management standards in a practical context?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for daily Problem Management for Swedbank IT operations. That includes driving problem investigations and facilitating the work of improving Swedbank IT services.
- Setting up and coordinating working groups of specialists and work closely together with numerous stakeholders.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure that third parties actively participate and fulfil their obligations.
- Report to Head of IT Operations and Service Owners on status and progress of problem investigations and remediations.
- Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate performance of the Problem Management process, trend data to identify and eliminate root causes, diagnosis of faults etc.
What is needed in this role:
- You have extensive experience and knowledge about Problem Management methodologies, Incident- and Change Management, and IT operations processes.
- To succeed in this role, you need a broad knowledge of IT technology, an understanding of the financial industry and an excellent ability to coordinate and work with all levels in the organisation.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, look past the obvious solutions and analyse evidence objectively.
- We also expect you to be a very good networker, customer centric and result oriented.
- As a person you need to have a high level of motivation (“drive”) and perseverance.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, arranging meetings, completing post incident reports, providing root cause updates to key stakeholders.
- Very good communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written are mandatory.
- It is also an advantage if you have experience as Project Manager and from working within a Project Management Office.
