Position Description
To the Malmö site we are currently seeking an IT Operations Administrator for the Nordic region. You will be responsible for coordination and implementation of global corporate IT strategies in the Nordics, and coordination of IT activities within the region. The role will also involve responsibility for day to day IT support as well as project requirements of the Masterbatches business in Malmö.

Responsibilities Include
- Implementing, maintaining and supporting agreed global IT solutions and regional IT standards concerning IT infrastructure technologies for the Nordics.
- Participation in global technology projects and management of Nordic IT projects.
- Continuous optimization of IT Services for the Nordic sites, for example service contracts and managing providers.
- Ensure the usage of harmonised IT processes at the Malmö site. Manage service requirements and requests, coordinate and collaborate with external partners and providers.

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should have a degree in Computer Sciences or several years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies. Several years of experience in IT solution implementation and IT service delivery is required as well as a profound knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, standards and processes. Clariant IT is working in-line with principals of ITIL and therefore ITIL understanding or qualifications would be an advantage. You also need to have an in-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks & applications along with effective communication skills and an ability to prioritize. Fluent in English and Swedish is a must.
