IT Operations Engineer

Job description
At Randstad Technologies we are now looking for an IT operations engineer with experience in application packing and PoweShell Scripting. We are looking for a senior consultant with knowledge in Microsoft related products and MDT/SCCM/Intune or other deployment technologies.

Responsibilities
Perform package dispatcher tasks as are application setup documentation, application testing, mainly handled via AMO portal
Perform mass application distributions and removals via the application deployment system Intune / SCCM
Maintain packaged applications in related systems as are: Client Software catalogue, Active Directory
Work with the ticket allocation system BMC-Remedy
Handle of mainly PowerShell, but also VBS, BAT, scripts
Troubleshooting tasks around MSI / App-V / MSIX package related issues
Create Reports and templates reports in SQL, Power BI
Support Technical Product Roadmaps
Support Incidents, Problem Management, Critical Incidents, etc.
Technical project support




Qualifications
5-10 years' experience in IT
High experience in application packaging and PowerShell scripting
Experienced in creating / maintaining a managed enterprise client
Knowledge in Microsoft related Client/Server/Cloud products
Knowledge and experience with MDT / SCCM / Intune and other deployment technologies
Experience in handling ITIL processes
Good knowledge in IT security
A proven ability to communicate with technical experts, customers and other stakeholders
Fluent in English
