IT Operations Engineer at Holm Security

In the role as IT Operations Engineer you will be working closely between our DevOps Engineers and our Customer success team, with the mission to make our operations run more efficiently.

In working close to our Customer Success team or 1st line support, you and your team will function as the 2nd line support where you will be answering more challenging questions from customers but also strengthen our internal processes together with the departments around you. Automation and in general making smart and effective processes will be a big part of the position and your cooperation with ourDevOps team. This also means working with and develop tools for troubleshooting, problem-solving and such.

You will also be a part of our on-call schedule. A closer explanation to this schedule will follow during the interview.

Din profil
You have previous experience, or a passion for pursuing a career in customer service, IT-support or IT-security. You have great technical interest, and you are always eager to learn something new or further explore your understanding of the technical world. You are a natural problem solver who do not mind a challenge when it is given to you. Our corporate language is English, and you are required to be able to communicate fluently bot spoken and written. You are happy to communicate with technical experts as well as novices, both internally and externally. Our clients are our most important responsibility, and you are willing to go the extra mile to make our customer experience one of the best. We believe you are familiar with most of the IT fields we work in:
• Linux, Debian
• MySQL
• Cloud-technology
• Networking TCP/IP

We will be extra interested if you also have previous experience from cyber security, firewalls, spam-filters or other such close related fields
