We are now recruiting IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist (maternity leave cover) to join the IT team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The Role:
As the IT Operations and Service Desk Manager, you are confident in your comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and ready to take full ownership of IT operations and support services. You strive for operational excellence and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and routines. You are communicative and can collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization for efficient problem solving.
We are small IT department, and tasks can therefore vary from day to day. The role is located in Stockholm, and you will report to the IT Manager. This is a temporary position with start in October 2024.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support Filippa K users in IT service desk
Analyze integration errors
ID management
MDM management
Network management
General hardware and software support
We’re looking for someone who:
We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility and shows initiative in managing IT operations and support services. You should have strong communication skills, service minded and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
Minimum 3 years working experience
Working with support and SLAs
Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Jamf & Intune
Cisco Meraki network and VPN services
MacOS, iOS and Windows
Azure logic apps
Understanding business processes and workflows
