What You'll Do
To be successful in this role you need to have a positive and action-oriented attitude, as well as a service-minded approach. This assignment will be divided into two areas; IT Operations and IT Security.
IT Operations
Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Laptops and phones
General IT Operation questions on our equipment and tools
Configuration Standards for equipment
IT Security
Work closely with Head of Security in all aspects of Information Security
Continually develop security program and training of personnel
Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage
Educating colleagues about secure development and best practices for information security
Keeping up to date with development in IT security standards and threats
Vulnerability and change management for JA managed network infrastructure, hardware, and equipment
Handling information security incident responses
Audit compliance and security to our Policies and Procedures.
Establishing and implementing technical standards and monitoring for ongoing compliance
Ensuring secure configuration and maintenance of Joint Academy maintained technology assets to satisfy technical security standard
Ensuring Access management framework is developed and maintained
Requirements
You should have broad knowledge in IT and Security and enjoy seeking the latest tools to develop an IT department. You should be passionate about tech and people, and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, where you’re happy to take the initiative and go that extra mile to find and deliver innovative and creative solutions.
Some key points:
You have 2+ years working with IT Support and Security issues
You have experience in Vulnerability testing
You have experience in educating both technical and non technical co-workers
You have experience in development in languages like Python or equivalent
You take pride in your work and are very service oriented
You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Along with great technical solutions, you create great documentation and written guidelines
You hold a permanent Swedish job permit. It's an advantage if you are based in the Skåne region, but we are open for remote work within Sweden
