Axel Arigato is looking for an IT Operations Manager who will be responsible for the IT division and is part of the business leadership team. You will work closely with the C-suite (the COO in particular) to ensure the business has the technical capabilities needed to reach success and drive growth.

As IT Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility of ensuring the reliability of all IT operations and you will be a moderator of the IT operations steering group and together develop an ongoing IT roadmap that will shape the future of Axel Arigato.

In this role you will coordinate the development done by our internal team as well with external partners and ensure that our IT related agreements are on par with our strategic goals.

You will take the lead in continuing our journey where we strive for a new modern headless customer experience where we use the best-of-breed approach with both iPaaS and Saas platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the IT team - Have ownership of all aspects of our IT organization
• Ensure reliable 24/7 operations of IT infrastructure as well as standards including but not limited to disaster recovery, security, storage, servers, monitoring, performance, and application systems
• Propose, manage, and execute against an annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Develop an IT roadmap and architecture to ensure our IT environment is delivering maximum value, is able to scale and adapt for the future, and is built in an efficient manner

Qualifications

Must haves:

• A minimum of 5 years of IT service delivery experience
• At least 2 years previous experience of personnel responsibilities
• Expertise in planning, budgeting and implementation of company-wide IT initiatives
• Understanding of how to design and implement a modern IT environment
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
• Experience mapping business capabilities and processes
• Be a collaborative, strategic thinker, who leads with honesty and transparency

Nice to haves:

• Experience in integration orchestration
• Experience in cloud infrastructure
• Managing application development
• Strong technical background, both new tech and legacy systems
• Previous experience in using iPaaS and SaaS solutions
